| What We Do The Maryland Head Start Association (MHSA) is a link between local Head Start Programs and the National Head Start Association in Alexandria, Virginia. The MHSA seeks to assist Head Start programs through education and training opportunities; advocating on behalf of Head Start children and families across the state of Maryland; and by educating the community at large on the issues of low-income children and families and school readiness. As Association Members, individuals and organizations have an opportunity to participate in children's advocacy on a local, regional and national level. |
